General ProvisionsThis User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") defines the terms under which services of the Goodobmen.com platform (hereinafter — the "Service") are provided.The Parties to the Agreement are:◽️The Service — Goodobmen.com◽️The User — a natural person using the ServiceBefore using the Service, the User must read and accept the terms of the Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms, access to the Service is not permitted.The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Goodobmen.com website. The Service reserves the right to make changes without notifying the User. 2. Terms and Definitions◽️Goodobmen.com Service — an online platform for the exchange of electronic and digital currencies.◽️User — a natural person using the Service.◽️Payment System — third-party software for accounting, transferring, and settling funds online.◽️Electronic Assets — digital monetary obligations.◽️Transaction/Payment — the transfer of electronic funds between parties.◽️Order — the User's intent to exchange currency via the Service's website.◽️Accounts — wallet addresses used for sending and receiving funds.◽️Currency Reserve — the amount of currency available on the Service at the time the Order is created.◽️Currency Exchange — the process of exchanging between various electronic currencies.◽️Rate — the exchange ratio between currencies. 3. Subject of the AgreementThe Service provides currency exchange services between various electronic and digital currencies and Payment Systems. 4. Service Procedure◽️The User creates an Order through the Service website.◽️Order management and tracking are available via the site interface.◽️The Service fulfills Orders in accordance with the regulations of respective Payment Systems.◽️The Service does not engage in relations between the User and the Payment System.◽️Sender and recipient identity is not verified.◽️The User confirms the legal origin of funds.◽️Tax obligations are solely the User’s responsibility. 5. Service Fees◽️Prices and exchange rates are published on the website.◽️The Service may change rates and fees without notice.◽️All transaction details are fixed in the Order (rate, fee, final amount). 6. Account Usage◽️Registration means agreement to provide accurate data.◽️The Service may request documents (passport, photo, verification, etc.).◽️The Service may deny registration or block an account.◽️The User is responsible for account security.◽️Using the Service for illegal activities is prohibited.◽️In case of violations — the account may be suspended, and transactions canceled. 7. Currency Exchange◽️Exchange is conducted based on the created Order.◽️The User must send the exact amount in the source currency.◽️The Service sends the destination currency after payment is received.◽️Payment must be made through the on-site form.◽️Obligations are fulfilled once funds are debited from the Service's account.◽️If funds are not received within 30–90 minutes — the Order is canceled.◽️Rates are recalculated upon receipt of funds.◽️Transfers to cards may take from seconds to 5 business days.◽️In case of AML suspicion — full verification is required.◽️The Service may suspend operations and set limits.◽️If the wrong network is selected — a fee is charged for refunds.◽️Smart contracts are not supported; potential losses are not compensated. 8. Acceptance of Agreement◽️The Agreement is considered accepted upon Order creation and submission.◽️Orders can be canceled only before payment is made.◽️All deal terms are automatically recorded by the system. 9. Liability◽️The Service is liable only within the amount received from the User.◽️Not responsible for errors due to external factors or Payment Systems.◽️Does not accept payments for third-party goods/services.◽️Not liable for losses caused by third parties.◽️User is responsible for Order input errors.◽️The Service database is used to resolve disputes.◽️Both parties are not liable in case of force majeure. 10. Refunds◽️Refunds are only available for unprocessed Orders.◽️Fees and exchange rate differences are deducted.◽️Refunds require User contact with support. 11. Other◽️The Service may change the Agreement unilaterally.◽️May refuse to process an Order without explanation.◽️In case of suspected hacking — the Order may be suspended.◽️Exchange updates may be sent to the User’s email.◽️Technical maintenance may temporarily disable the website.
