🔁 Refund Policy A refund is the transfer of assets from the Service's balance back to the User's account. 1. General Provisions
  • These rules regulate the refund procedure and applicable fees.
  • The refund policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
  • The refund amount cannot exceed the amount originally sent by the User to the Service.
  • Refunds are only made to the details confirmed via the email used in the original request.
  • A refund fee is deducted from the returned amount. In rare cases (e.g., technical errors), a recalculation in the client's favor is possible.
 2. Service Obligations
  • A refund is only possible if the exchange has not been completed.
  • After receiving the return address and client confirmation, the operation is performed within 24 hours.
 3. Service RightsThe Service reserves the right to: Take no action until an official request is received from the User.Not reimburse payment system fees incurred during the refund process.Refuse a refund if the request has already been successfully completed.Deduct a 3% fee if the exchange is impossible due to reasons beyond the Service's control (incorrect details, account blocks, etc.).Deduct a 10% fee if the wrong cryptocurrency is sent or the wrong network is used.Provide no additional compensation beyond the refunded amount. 4. Special Conditions
  • Assets subject to refund are stored free of charge for up to 3 months from the date of the request.
  • These funds are not used by the Service for commercial purposes.
  • In exceptional cases, refunds may be made to alternative details if it involves cryptocurrency or tokens.
